That is why, in response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we constantly follow the latest advice and recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and relevant authorities, with the aim of knowing the specific requirements for each country. and, thus, ensure that the actions we take are comprehensive and adequate.
Our hotel has been informed in detail about essential preparedness and prevention measures, ranging from hygiene measures that include increased frequency and disinfection.

-During the cleaning of rooms, disinfection of contact surfaces and equipment such as controls, knobs, buttons.
-Restaurant Xant-Ha has equipment for washing and disinfecting Earthenware and Glassware for the service of our customers.
All textiles used in rooms and restaurants have a high-temperature washing process to ensure complete hygiene.
